GENERAL MANAGER – SAUDI ARABIA


Our client is involved with various Engineering projects worldwide, managing and delivering project solutions to the Construction, Infrastructure, Oil, Gas, Chemical and Production Industries.  They are currently seeking a General Manager to be located in Saudi Arabia as the Owner’s representative in the country, to ensure all statutory and legal requirements are met with full compliance to safety and quality.  The GM is committed to achieving and delivering a business plan and generating and ensuring a two-year sales order book for the company, playing a key role in developing business in the region. 

Candidates should be degree qualified in engineering and management, and from the Oil & Gas and/or Hi-Tech industry with at least 15 years’ experience and 5 years in the management capacity in the oil and gas or Hi-Tech industry, with a proven track record of developing proposals and delivering sales and capable of managing USD$100m business plus outstanding leadership skills, good business acumen, strong strategic and analytical skills and knowledge and experience of international business.  Preferably with previous experience working in Saudi Arabia or other Middle Eastern countries.

They are currently seeking a Project Commercial and Contracts Manager for the expansion of a Chemical / Production & Manufacturing Facility located in Luxembourg. Our client is responsible for the Electrical, Instrument and Communications scope of work on this project.

The Commercial & Contracts Manager will be responsible for implementing, maintaining and reporting against the commercial plan for the project on a timely basis.   Responsibilities will include implementing company policies, systems & procedures.  Budgetary control of the Programme of projects through the development and use of the Cost Control Sheet.  Resolving contractual and commercial problems.

PROJECT FINANCE SPECIALIST - PIPELINE- PAPUA NEW GUINEA

 

Our client is an Energy Company located in Papua New Guinea, involved with Hydro Power & Oil & Gas Projects. They are currently seeking a PROJECT FINANCE MANAGER to assist the owner and oversee their client’s investment in natural gas and condensate pipeline. (Total distance 300 kms – onshore pipeline).

You will work with the owner to secure funding of US$1.34 billion including amassing equity.  This will involve meeting with the Developer, PNG Government Leaders, Community Leaders and other stakeholders to outline and present the company’s investment strategy.  Also to meet prospective financiers for the project in Singapore, Hong Kong, Japan and China.

Candidates must have experience in the planning, construction, commissioning and operation of onshore pipeline projects owned and operated by an entity other than the gas field developer plus additional previous involvement in raising of investment.

Our client is offering a two-year renewable contract (possibly extended 5 years+, later at the Hong Kong office) with excellent remuneration and expatriate benefits package.
